I am Jameela, 27 year old Human Resources Professional with over 7 years experience in recruitment regionally. I am the founder of The HR Boss a Caribbean Career Consultancy for millennials. The company is based in the island of Barbados and has membership in over 27 countries internationally.
I am an internationally certified recruiter who possesses a Bsc. in Human Resources Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus and a MBA from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland.
