I AM BACK!

If you've not been following me, let me explain where the hell I've been for the past 4 weeks. We wrapped our Regional Career Tour in the Caribbean in St. Lucia on May 27, 2017. After 4 months, 10 seminars and hundreds of participants later, I am settling back into my regular schedule and ready to give you the tea on my findings.

When I decided to do this Regional Tour it was something unheard of in my field. Which career coach do you know in the Caribbean that goes on tour? In our world its mainly deejays, musicians and singers that go on tour. Yet, I was determined to live out my dreams and become a Career Rock star. I had several persons telling me it could not be done especially at the price point the HR Boss is known for, people advised me to raise my rates and many watched my social media and website in anticipation of the failure of the tour. But guess what boo...the way my God is set up and my public relations team we successfully completed the tour and now have countries ready to sign up for next year!

I am saying this to encourage you...NEVER let anyone deter you from following your dreams!

Many of us back down from the fear of what people will say or what people will think if we failed.

Stop giving people power over you!

I've interacted with several of you on the tour and many of you are scared to leave your current jobs that you are completely unhappy in because its a "stable job". Let me tell you this life is too short to be stuck doing something you do not love. Start making steps towards leaving that current state for example by taking our Job Search Crash Course, our even scheduling a one on one to figure out your career path. Change starts with action...stop making to do list and actually start doing...take the first step.

Let me tell you this ...I was so reluctant to share my journey with you guys on YouTube , Instagram and Facebook. I became so caught up with my body image, if people would like my content or even care about what I did but I did it anyway to hopefully inspire others to go after their career goals unapologetically.

Listen... let me tell you, every time I see you guys: getting job offers, getting promotions, being better at your current jobs, starting businesses or improving your personal brand I legit burst into tears and start scream look at GOD!

You see when you get real clear on your purpose and you are passionate and consistent, the results will come!

Keep sending out those resumes, keep knocking on doors, keep pushing the boundaries your breakthrough will come, people will wake up and see how lit you are!
