90 Days to make these Money Moves!

Now, if you haven’t realized we have 90 days left in 2017!

If you haven’t started preparing for 2018 you are already behind! If you think you that waiting 5 days before New Years’ to write resolutions is going to give you the results you desire in 2018, I am here to tell you ISSA LIE!

If you want to change your career, your job, your life, your health, your finances…you have got to be intentional and strategic about it. You have got to set SMART goals and get real precise about what you want to achieve for these final 90 days, whilst working on setting yourself up to maintain the momentum in 2018.

If you didn’t know hiring season begins January 2018! You can’t wait until recruiters are advertising to get ready you have got to stay ready!

That applies to every area of your life!

Cardi B shocked the world last week being the first female rapper in a decade to be #1 on the Billboard charts, the last artiste was our girl Lauryn Hill. Let me give you a quick lesson, Cardi B is a Caribbean Latina no one took seriously because of her fun loving nature and while other female rappers were busy concentrating of the Nicki Minaj; Cardi toiled relentlessly staying focused on her goal. Her success was not overnight it was intentional, strategic and required HARDWORK!

Our problem is often not setting goals...the problem often lies with our inability to remain consistent and put in the work to achieve those goals.

In these last 90 days I want you to set 3 goals that will set you up to be ahead of your peers in 2018!

Whether it be to revamp your resume, clean up your LinkedIn profile, creating a job search plan that you will execute in this last quarter, taking our job search crash course or even attending our final Career Bootcamp this year.

Whatever your three goals are I want you to set a time limit and work assiduously towards the attainment of them.

Listen, I've realized the power of goal setting and how it helps us to get a tunnel vision on where we are going. If you’ve been following me on social media you will know that I just got back from Canada expanding the HR Boss. Completely out of my comfort zone and full of fear I set out on this task to expand and possibly relocate the headquarters to North America. As crazy as this sounds this year I put expansion on my vision board regionally and internationally and studies shows when you intentionally put things into the atmosphere or speak things into being God has a special way of showing out on your behalf.

I am willing to share my secret to success with you!
